  • Pop‑Up (group): Lower price point, multiple services in one day, Launch Station access, networking, high‑energy environment.

  • 1‑on‑1 (private): Customized pace and agenda, deeper coaching on your specific goals, undivided attention, higher investment.

Zoom vs In‑Person

  • Zoom: Focused training on one service; convenient and efficient.

  • In‑Person: Maximum hands‑on practice, live demos, and immediate feedback.

What You’ll Learn (Depending on Track)

FAQs

Q: Do pop‑up tickets include mentorship?

  • GA includes 7 days of email support. VIP includes 30 days of mentorship (email + weekly group check‑ins).

Q: Will I get certified?

  • Yes. You’ll receive certificate(s) of completion for the service(s) you train on.

Q: Do I need a medical license or lab account to start?

  • Not for fingerprinting, I‑9s, or instant (non‑lab) drug testing services. We cover what requires lab partnerships and how to set them up.

Q: What should I bring to a pop‑up?

  • Government ID, laptop or tablet if you want Launch Station help, comfortable clothing for hands‑on practice.

Q: Are payment plans available?

  • Yes. Buy Now Pay Later options are available at checkout (Shop Pay, Affirm, Afterpay).

Policies

  • Seats are limited. Tickets are non‑refundable but transferable to a future date/city with at least 7 days’ notice.

  • Certificates are issued upon successful completion of live skills practice.

  • We reserve the right to adjust curriculum based on class size and city demand.
