GA includes 7 days of email support. VIP includes 30 days of mentorship (email + weekly group check‑ins).
Q: Will I get certified?

Yes. You’ll receive certificate(s) of completion for the service(s) you train on.
Q: Do I need a medical license or lab account to start?

Not for fingerprinting, I‑9s, or instant (non‑lab) drug testing services. We cover what requires lab partnerships and how to set them up.
Q: What should I bring to a pop‑up?

Government ID, laptop or tablet if you want Launch Station help, comfortable clothing for hands‑on practice.
Q: Are payment plans available?

Yes. Buy Now Pay Later options are available at checkout (Shop Pay, Affirm, Afterpay).
