REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: 04/01/2025
Because our services include digital products, training access, and labor-based DFY work, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
This policy protects the integrity of our business and prevents misuse.
1. Trainings (Zoom & In-Person)
No refunds. No transfers. No exchanges.
Once you enroll in a class:

  • Your seat is reserved

  • Materials are prepared

  • Staff time is scheduled
     

Missed Classes
If you miss your class:

  • You may reschedule once (subject to availability)

  • No refunds will be issued

You must notify us within 24 hours of class start time to reschedule.

2. DFY (Done-For-You) Services
No refunds on DFY services — deposits and payments are final.
This includes:

  • Full-Compliance Build-Out

  • Business Formation

  • Website Design

  • DFY Vendor Setup

  • Student Upgrade Build-Out

  • DFY Consultations

  • DFY Packages of any kind

We begin work immediately upon receiving payment and your intake form.
Cancellations
If you choose not to move forward:

  • Payments are forfeited

  • No refunds will be issued

  • You may not dispute or charge back the payment
     

3. Digital Products & PDF Downloads
Due to instant access, all digital products are NON-REFUNDABLE:

  • Workbooks

  • Templates

  • E-books

  • Guides

  • Online modules

  • Courses

  • Digital PDFs

No exceptions.

4. Consultations
Consultation fees are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-transferable

  • Not exchangeable

Consultation fees may be credited toward a DFY package if you enroll.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a false chargeback is a violation of these Terms.
We will provide proof of delivery and take legal action if necessary.

6. Service Issues
If you have a concern:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • We will review and resolve it professionally
