2. Payment Terms
By purchasing any training, DFY package, digital product, or consultation, you agree:

  • Payment is due at checkout or upon receiving an invoice.

  • Missed or failed payments may result in cancellation of access or delay of DFY work.

  • Payment plans must be completed as agreed.

  • All fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy below.

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.
3. Training Access
Zoom Classes:
You are responsible for attending at the scheduled date and time.
Links, workbooks, and materials are sent via email.
In-Person Classes:
You must arrive on time to participate and receive your certificate.
Certificates:
Certificates are provided after completion of training requirements.
Missing part or all of a class may delay certification.
4. DFY Services
Before work begins, you must:

  • Sign a DFY Service Agreement

  • Pay the agreed deposit

  • Submit your DFY intake form

  • Provide accurate business details

DFY timelines depend on your cooperation and submission of required documents.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Missing documents

  • Incomplete forms

  • Incorrect information

  • Delayed responses from you

5. Digital Products
All digital products are delivered electronically.
Due to the nature of digital downloads:

  • No refunds

  • No exchanges

  • No chargebacks

You are responsible for saving your files.
6. Intellectual Property
All training materials, workbooks, digital products, templates, and content provided by us are copyrighted.
You MAY NOT:

  • Share

  • Resell

  • Duplicate

  • Distribute

  • Reproduce

  • Claim as your own

  • Create competing products using our materials

Legal action may be taken for infringement.
7. Client Conduct
You agree to:

  • Treat staff and other clients with respect

  • Follow training instructions

  • Use compliance procedures properly

  • Not misuse certificates or materials

  • Not misrepresent your credentials

We reserve the right to remove any client for misconduct or violation of these Terms.
8. Results Not Guaranteed
We do not guarantee:

  • Income

  • Business success

  • Client results

  • Contract approvals

  • Government vendor approvals

  • Lab account approvals

Your results depend on your effort, compliance, and consistency.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:

  • Business losses

  • Delays

  • Errors caused by third-party vendors

  • Your misuse of training information

  • Inaccurate information provided by you

  • State-specific regulations

  • Actions taken without proper compliance

You agree to use our information responsibly and lawfully.
10. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Updates will be posted with a new Effective Date.
